Beef Curry On Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced onions
    4 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 tsp. salt
    1 lb. round steak, cut into cubes
    1 bouillon cube
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 peeled, minced garlic
Preparation
    Saute garlic and onion in 2 tablespoons oil in skillet until tender.
    Remove onion and garlic.
    Combine flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt and pepper and roll meat in this mixture.
    Put remaining fat in skillet.
    Brown meat.
    Put onion on top of meat; add bouillon cube dissolved in 1 cup boiling water and curry powder. Cover and simmer 1 1/4 hours.
    Add tomato sauce.
    Reheat and serve over rice.
