Pork Chop Teriyaki - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. chili sauce
3/4 c. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
6 pork rib or loin chops, cut 1 1/2-inches thick
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients.
Place pork chops in 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish.
Cover.
Marinate 3 to 6 hours or overnight in refrigerator, turning chops occasionally.
Broil in oven or on grill about 15 to 20 minutes on each side or until done, brushing occasionally with remaining marinade.
Makes 6 servings.
