Sourdough Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. sourdough starter (to follow)
    melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and sugar together in a bowl.
    Cut in butter until mixture looks like cornmeal.
    Add buttermilk and sourdough starter.
    Add flour until forms a soft dough.
    Turn dough onto floured board and knead gently, about 1 minute.
    Roll out into 1/4 to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut with a biscuit cutter.
    Let rise in a warm place for 1/2 hour. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 minutes or until brown.
    Brush with butter before baking.
