Apple Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. unsweetened canned applesauce
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. liquid sweetener equal to 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, slightly beaten or 1 oz. frozen egg substitute
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Combine all the ingredients above, except the pastry shell, and blend thoroughly.
    Pour the mixture into pastry shell.
    Bake for 15 minutes.
    Reduce oven temperature to 325\u00b0.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted 1-inch from the edge of the filling comes out clean. Cool the pie.
