Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. coconut (Baker's Flake)
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 eggs
    salt
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl.
    In an other bowl, beat the eggs and add the milk and vanilla.
    Add milk mixture to flour and sugar slowly until mixed well.
    Add coconut and then melted butter.
    Pour into pie crust and bake at 400\u00b0 until crust begins to brown, about 12 minutes.
    Turn oven back to 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes until custard has browned on top.
