Golden Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. butter
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Pare
    potatoes.
    Cut\t in
    quarters.\tCombine
    flour, cheese, salt
    and
    pepper in a bag.
    Moisten potatoes in water and shake a
    few
    at a time in bag, coating well.
    Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch
    pan.
    Place potatoes in a layer in pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour, turning once.
    When golden brown, sprinkle with parsley. Serves 6 to 8.
