Avocado Cherry Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

30 large-sized cherry tomatoes
salt
sugar
2 medium-sized avocados, pureed
2 Tbsp. sour cream
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
3 tsp. fresh lime juice
3 tsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. salt
dash of Tabasco
1/4 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Cut
thin
slice
from\ttop
of cherry tomatoes. With a small-sized
melon\tball
cutter,
scoop
out
seeds and pulp; discard.
Sprinkle\tinside\tof tomato shells lightly with salt and sugar.
Invert
shells
on paper towels and drain 30 minutes. Combine pureed avocados with remaining ingredients; mix well. Fill
tomato
shells with avocado mixture using a small knife or piping bag.
Arrange tomatoes on serving dish.
Serve chilled. Serves 6.
