Fantastic Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1/3 c. butter, softened to room temperature
    1 Tbsp. parsley, minced (can use dried)
    1 Tbsp. onion, minced (can use instant)
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard (Grey Poupon)
    1 tsp. salt
    pinch of cayenne pepper
    pinch of nutmeg
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. heavy cream (can use light cream)
Preparation
    Wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth and cut the stem ends. Cream together the butter, parsley, onion, mustard, salt, cayenne, nutmeg, and flour in food processor or mixer.
    Place mushrooms in a 1-quart casserole dish.
