Snowflake Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lime jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. cream, whipped
1 c. Baker's coconut
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Add salt and lemon juice. Chill until it is slightly thickened.
Then place in bowl of ice and water and beat with rotary eggbeater until fluffy and thick. Fold in 1/3 of the whipped cream and 1/2 cup coconut.
Put into a graham cracker crust.
Spread the remaining whipped cream over this and sprinkle the rest of the coconut on top.
Keep refrigerated.
