Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    4 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. milk
    1 c. warm water
    3/4 c. butter, melted
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine yeast, sugar, salt and 1 1/2 cups flour in large mixing bowl.
    Stir
    to mix.
    Add milk, water, butter and egg. Beat until well blended.
    Add remaining flour to make stiff batter.
    Spoon into greased muffin cups filling each about 2/3 full.
    Cover.
    Allow to rise about 30 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
