Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. Nestle chocolate chips
    1/2 pkg. Kraft caramels
    1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
    1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Put all ingredients
    in
    top of double boiler.\tCook in double boiler over
    medium
    heat until caramels are melted and mixture is\t smooth,
    stirring
    constantly.
    Store\tin
    glass canning jars (makes five
    6
    ounce
    jars); does not need to be pressure sealed. Will
    store
    on
    shelf
    for
    several months. Each jar makes 4 servings.
    Heat
    to
    serve (I use the microwave).
    It's great over ice cream.
