Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. popped popcorn
    1-1/2 c. peanuts
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In 2 quart casserole, combine butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt.
    Microwave on high 3-4 minutes, stirring every minute until comes to a boil.
    Microwave 2 minutes more.
    Then stir in baking soda, vanilla and nuts.
    Place popped corn in a large brown paper bag.
    Pour syrup over popped corn.
    Stir well.
    Microwave on high 1 minute.
    Shake well.
    Microwave on high 1 more minute.
    Pour into container and stir to separate.
    Store in air tight container.
