Chicken Diable - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3-lb.) fryer, cut up
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. honey
    1/4 c. mustard
    salt to taste
    1 Tbsp. curry
Preparation
    Melt butter in shallow baking pan.
    Stir in other ingredients.
    Roll chicken in butter mixture to coat on both sides.
    Arrange in a single layer in same pan.
    Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour.
    Serve over cooked rice to which you have added mushrooms and sliced water chestnuts.
