Tortilla Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts
    12 corn tortillas
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery or chicken soup
    1 c. milk or chicken broth
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 can chili salsa
    1 small onion, chopped
    taco sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Wrap chicken in foil and steam in oven until tender, about 1 hour.
    Bone and cut chicken into large pieces.
    Cut tortillas into 1-inch squares.
    Combine soups, milk or broth, chili salsa and onion.
    Butter flat baking dish, place layer of tortillas, a layer of chicken and a layer of sauce.
    Repeat.
    Top with cheese. Refrigerate overnight or several hours.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Flavor with taco sauce, if desired.
