Noodle Kugle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. pkg. wide noodles
8 oz. container sour cream
8 oz. cottage cheese
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon extract
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. butter
Preparation

Cook noodles.
Drain and set aside.
Beat eggs, sugar and extracts until light in color and frothy.
Add sour cream, cottage cheese and milk.
Beat lightly until blended.
Add noodles.
Stir until blended.
Pour into buttered baking dish (9 x 13-inch).
