Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 egg, well beaten
1 1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
Preparation

Combine sugar, water, lemon juice, butter, egg and 1 1/4 teaspoons lemon peel in medium saucepan. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil.
Remove from heat.
