Danny'S And Jenni'S Spinach Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices cooked bacon
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. peanut oil
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. ground fennel
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. bacon drippings
Preparation
    Heat over double boiler.
    Blend oils and vinegar.
    Add sugar, mustard and fennel.
    Stir and add bacon drippings.
    Blend in lemon juice, parsley and salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour over spinach leaves.
    Top with Parmesan cheese.
