Peppery Peanut Butter And Coconut Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices white bread
    6 Tbsp. peanut butter
    2 Tbsp. butter, softened
    1 tsp. Tabasco
    1/2 c. chopped fresh or packaged chopped flaked coconut
Preparation
    Remove crusts from bread.
    Flatten with a rolling pin.
    Mix peanut butter, butter and Tabasco.
    Spread this on bread slices and cut each into three strips.
    Press coconut into strips.
    Roll each to form a pinwheel.
    Chill thoroughly before serving.
    Makes 24.
