Vegetable Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. regular long grain rice
    3 small carrots
    1 small head green cabbage
    1 medium red pepper
    1 bunch green onions
    salad oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. soy salt
    2 (4 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    In 1-quart saucepan, prepare rice as label directs, but reduce 1/4 cup water.
    Meanwhile, thinly slice carrots.
    Coarsely slice cabbage.
    Dice red pepper and cut green onions into 1-inch pieces.
