Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/3 c. chopped salted peanuts
    1 c. dark corn syrup
    1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, corn syrup and eggs; mix well.
    Add peanut butter, peanuts and vanilla.
    Mix until blended.
    Pour filling into pastry-lined pie pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 45 minutes or until set.
    Top with chopped peanuts, if desired.
