Cheesy Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. American cheese
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetable blend (containing broccoli, cauliflower and carrots), thawed and drained.
    1 c. (30) crushed butter crackers
Preparation
    Cut cheese into cubes and put in saucepan with 1/4 cup oleo. Heat over medium heat until melted.
    Place vegetables in 1-quart casserole dish.
    Pour cheese mixture over and mix well.
    Melt remaining oleo, stir in cracker crumbs and sprinkle over top of casserole.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
