Laurie'S Crab Imperial - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lump crab meat
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    few drops fresh lemon juice
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    1/3 c. diced green pepper
    1 small jars pimentos, diced
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 raw egg
    capers to taste (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, excluding crab meat.
    Lightly toss in crab meat.
    Arrange in scallop baking shells.
    Top with more mayonnaise.
    Garnish with red pimento.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until top is golden brown.
    Serves 4 large or 8 small portions.
