Cream Sauce For Vegetables - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
Preparation

Use about 3 cups cooked or canned vegetables (green peas, carrots, etc.). Heat butter. Stir in flour.
Add milk, stirring until smooth. Cook and stir until mixture is thick. Add salt and pepper, then add vegetables.
