Eggplant Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggplants
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 tsp. chopped garlic
    small amount olive oil
    1/4 c. Romano cheese
    dash of cayenne pepper
    dash of Salad Supreme seasoning
Preparation
    Cut eggplants in quarters.
    Peel and boil until tender.
    Remove seeds.
    Mash or slice.
    Set aside.
    Saute garlic in olive oil and oleo.
    Add eggplant.
    Fry until brown.
    Add pepper cheese and Salad Supreme.
    Serve warm with crackers or Melba rounds.
