Turkey Meat Loaf With Pesto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground lean turkey
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. Pesto
    chopped onion to taste
    fresh chopped mushrooms (approximately 6)
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In large bowl mix together all ingredients.
    Shape into loaf. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
    Top off with some tomato sauce.
