Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix well all ingredients, but sugar-cinnamon mixture.
    Roll into small balls; roll in sugar-cinnamon mixture.
    Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
