Chicken And Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cubed in small pieces
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. green pepper, chopped
3/4 c. onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. ketchup or tomato sauce
Preparation

Mix flour, salt and pepper together.
Roll chicken in flour mixture and fry in oil until brown.
Add all wet ingredients, vegetables and brown sugar to chicken in pan.
Mix together and simmer 20 to 30 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Stir occasionally.
Serve over rice.
