Mocha Heath Bar Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chocolate wafers or 8 1/2 oz. pkg. Keebler Thin-Bits chocolate grahams, mashed
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    8 Heath bars (1 pkg.)
    1 1/3 c. heavy cream
    5 Tbsp. instant coffee
    3 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.), softened
    1 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 pkg. milk chocolate chips
Preparation
    Crust:
    Mix chocolate wafers with the butter and press into the bottom and up 1/2 of the sides of a 9-inch greased spring-form pan.
    Finely chop 4 of the Heath bars, sprinkle over crust and refrigerate crust while preparing filling.
