Southern Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken
    seasoned salt
    oil
    flour
    buttermilk
Preparation
    Prepare chicken and season with seasoned salt; let drain on paper towel.
    Heat oil in electric skillet to 350\u00b0.
    Oil should fill skillet about 1/2 way.
    Dip chicken in flour, then in buttermilk and back in flour.
    When chicken browns on one side, turn to other side.
    It's best to turn only 1 time.
    Drain chicken when done on paper towel.
