Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded zucchini
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs until fluffy.
Add sugar, oil, vanilla and zucchini. Sift dry ingredients and gradually add to mixture; stir in nuts. Grease 2 loaf pans well.
Bake at 325\u00b0 50 to 60 minutes.
