Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium peppers
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. canned salmon
4 Tbsp. chili sauce
6 Tbsp. bread crumbs
2 tsp. melted butter
Preparation

Wash peppers; remove seeds and white portion. Parboil 5 minutes in boiling water. Melt butter in saucepan and blend with flour and seasonings. Add milk gradually while stirring constantly. Bring to a boil and allow to boil until mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Add flaked salmon and chili sauce. Stuff peppers with this mixture. Cover with buttered bread crumbs. Place in baking pan and add 1/2 cup boiling water. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Serves 6.
