Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn meal (self-rising)
    3 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 sweet banana peppers, chopped
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into greased casserole or black frying pan.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
