Helen'S Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pork chops
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. long grain rice
    1 bell pepper, diced
    1 envelope onion mushroom soup
    1 large can stewed tomatoes
    1 can beef broth
    1 soup can water
Preparation
    Layer in 9 x 13-inch dish or pan in order given.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour for thin chops or 1 1/2 hours for thick chops.
