Saucepan Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter or margarine (1/4 lb.)
2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. flour (all-purpose)
1 tsp. double-acting baking powder
3 eggs
Preparation

Melt butter or margarine with chocolate in saucepan on low heat setting on an electric range. Remove from heat. Add all ingredients, except eggs and blend well. Add eggs and beat thoroughly. Pour in a greased 9 x 9 pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Cool and cut into small squares.
