Gwen'S Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bell pepper
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion
    1 egg
    1/2 c. breadcrumbs
    1 dash Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 c. catsup or tomato paste
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
    Mix thoroughly by hand.
    Pinch off small sections; roll into a ball.
    Place meat balls on baking sheet and bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 15 minutes.
    Drain after removing from oven.
