Cheese Pepper Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/4 c. hot tap water
    2 1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Grease 2 one pound coffee cans.
    Dissolve yeast in hot water; add 1 1/3 cups flour, sugar, salt, soda, sour cream and egg. Blend 1/2 minute on low speed.
    Beat 2 minutes on high.
    Stir in rest of flour, cheese and pepper.
    Split batter; put in warm place.
    Let rise for about 1 hour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
