Oven Barbecue Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. no salt catsup
    2/3 c. salt free steak sauce
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. salt free herb and spice blend
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    4 lb. spareribs, halved
Preparation
    Cover spareribs with the sauce.
    Let stand 2 hours.
    In 375\u00b0 oven on large rack, set ribs right side up.
    Keep brushing with sauce until done.
    (Put 1/2-inch water into roasting pan holding rack of ribs.)
    Bake 45 minutes.
