40 Mile Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can lima beans with ham
    1 can sweet corn with red and green peppers, drained
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. red hot pepper sauce
    1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper
Preparation
    Stir together beans and the corn.
    In small bowl, with wire whisk or fork, combine remaining ingredients.
    Pour over bean mixture; toss lightly, being careful not to break apart beans. Chill at least 2 hours.
    Remove and discard garlic before serving.
