Chicken That'S Special - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
    4 chicken breasts
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 Tbsp. curry powder
    1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs in melted margarine for topping
Preparation
    Cook broccoli as directed on package until almost done.
    Cut each spear across the middle to make it easier to serve.
    Place in large flat Pyrex baking dish.
    Boil chicken breasts in water until tender.
    Bone breasts and cut into pieces and place on top of broccoli.
    Combine soup (undiluted), mayonnaise, curry powder, cheese and lemon juice.
    Stir over heat until cheese melts.
    Pour over chicken and broccoli.
    Top with buttered crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 30 to 45 minutes.
    This is just as good with dark meat also.
    I use less curry powder and taste as I add it.
