Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. jumbo shells (24)
2 c. Ricotta cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella shredded cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano, crushed
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 c. spaghetti sauce
Preparation

Cook shells 10 to 12 minutes; drain and dry.
Combine cheese with eggs, salt, parsley, oregano and pepper.
Fill shells with 1 or 2 tablespoons of cheese mix.
Spread sauce to cover bottom of pan.
Put the shells in next, then put more sauce to cover the shells.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
