Mexican Wedding Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
2 eggs
20 oz. can crushed pineapple and juice
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation

Blend all ingredients.
Spray pan(s) with nonstick spray. Bake at 350\u00b0 in layers (two 8 or 9-inch pans) for 20 to 25 minutes or in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 30 to 35 minutes until cake is done. Ice with Cream Cheese Frosting.
