Pizzelles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. olive oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    grated rind of whole lemon
    1 Tbsp. cognac (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and let rest for 1/2 hour.
    Place teaspoonful on hot grill. Thickness of pizzelle depends on how much batter you put on grill.
