Rice Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice
    1 lb. chopped meat
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic
    salt and pepper
    parsley
    cooking oil
    4 1/2 c. water
    1 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    4 eggs, separated
    garlic powder
    grated Romano cheese
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Saute chopped meat, garlic and onion until meat is no longer pink; drain fat. Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper (or garlic powder). Cook 10 to 15 minutes; set aside. Cook rice (use a long grain rice of any \"starchie\" rice). Add salt and cook until not quite done. Remove from heat and let stand. Add 4 egg yolks, salt, pepper and grated cheese.
