Josey Filled Christmas Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 lb. butter
    4 c. flour
    filling can be assorted: poppy seed, nut meat, cherry pie filling, jam, etc.
Preparation
    Cream together cream cheese and butter.
    Add flour. Gradually chill overnight in refrigerator.
    Roll out 1/3-inch thin.
    Cut into a triangle.
    Place 1/2 teaspoon near center of triangle and then fold the end over like a popover and bake on ungreased cookie tin for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Yield depends on size of triangle.
