Porky Pie Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground sausage
    4 Tbsp. chopped onions
    4 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
    6 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown sausage, onions and green peppers in a heavy skillet. Drain.
    Combine eggs and sour cream.
    Mix in sausage.
    Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 50 to 60 minutes or until eggs are firm.
    Season to taste.
    Serves 4 to 6.
