Herbed Steak With Mustard Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Dijon mustard *
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. cider vinegar
    2 tsp. basil, crushed
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. thyme leaves or 1/2 tsp. ground thyme
    2 lb. steak (London broil, flank or sirloin)
Preparation
    Combine mustard, sour cream, vinegar and spices; mix well. Pour 1/2 cup mustard sauce over meat.
    Marinate 1/2 hour.
    Chill remaining sauce.
    Broil or grill over high heat for 20 minutes or until desired doneness.
    Serve with remaining sauce.
