Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. buttermilk or country refrigerator rolls
2 zucchini
1 onion
3 oz. yellow or white cheese
2 Tbsp. margarine for saute
Preparation

Separate rolls and press them out into a glass pie pan. Thinly slice the zucchini and onion.
Saute zucchini and onion ringlets in butter until about half done.
Put half the veggies into the pie pan crust.
Add half of the cheese; repeat.
Bake according to roll recipe (400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes).
