Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 c. oatmeal
    2 c. water or milk
    1 1/2 c. catsup
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/3 tsp. ginger
    1/3 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly.
    Divide and place in 2 loaf pans.
    Make trench in top of meat and pour approximately 2 tablespoons ketchup in trench.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    One-third of meat can be lean pork sausage.
