Shrimp-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    2 c. shrimp, cooked
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    4 eggs, separated
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
Preparation
    Mix rice, cheese and shrimp (reserve some cheese for top). Mix egg yolks and milk; combine with shrimp mixture.
    Season with pepper, onion salt and dill weed.
    Beat egg whites stiff and fold in.
    Turn into greased 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle reserved cheese on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
