Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    3/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 c. mashed very ripe bananas
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan or 2 (8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch) loaf pans.
    Measure all ingredients in a large mixer bowl; beat on medium speed 1/2 minute, scraping side and bottom of bowl constantly.
    Pour into pan or pans.
    Bake 55 to 65 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Remove from pan; cool thoroughly on wire rack before slicing.
